The Melting Pot of Littleton is a locally owned and operated small business committed to supporting our community. That's why we created a turnkey certificate fundraising program to help high school sports teams and youth tournament teams secure essential funds. These funds can be used for everything from much-needed gear, supplies, and equipment to tournament fees, ensuring our athletes have the resources for a great experience.
“Lunch/Dinner for Two" certificates are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations—any celebration! It’s a true win-win: supporters get a wonderful meal out that also supports youth sports, and the team gets critical funding. Best of all, the certificates are valid for 11 months, giving supporters plenty of time to enjoy their special occasion.

The fundraising process is designed to be straightforward. The organization collects all funds (often via School Bucks), retains its share, and simply writes one check to The Melting Pot of Littleton for the balance.
Your team keeps 40% of Dinner Certificate sales and 50% of Lunch Certificate sales!
Example:
Selling 20 VIP Dinner Certificates ($110 each)
1. Total Collected | Organizer collects total sales from supporters. ($2,200)
2. Team Profit (40%) | The organization retains its fundraising share. ($880)
3. Payment to Melting Pot | Organizer issues a single check to The Melting Pot. ($1,320)
Fulfillment: The 20 VIP certificates will be provided to the organization within one week of receiving payment. The students and families are then responsible for distributing the certificates to their supporters/purchasers.
🛑 IMPORTANT DETAILS
* Exclusions: Certificates do not cover beverages, tax, gratuity, or our standard 3% service fee (heart-of-house surcharge).
*Certificates cannot be redeemed prior to the end of the team fundraiser.
*Reservations are highly recommended.
*Certificates will be accepted any day of the week. However, Sunday - Thursday reservations are highly recommended for ease of booking a table.
*Certificates will not be accepted on holidays, special days when a preset menu is offered (i.e. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, NYE), or February 9 - 19, 2026.
*Lunch certificates are only valid during lunch hours (11a.m. - 2:30p.m.), and will not be accepted during dinner hours.
*E-gift certificates are not offered for this program.
*Certificates are treated like cash; they will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

20 Certificates = (1) Main Street Trio Lunch for Two Certificate
30 Certificates = (1) Power Lunch for Two Certificate + (1) Main Street Trio Lunch for Two Certificate
40 Certificates = (1) VIP 4-Course Dinner for Two Certificate + (1) Main Street Trio Lunch for Two Certificate

Win a complimentary 2-Course Fondue Party for 8! Enjoy your choice between our award-winning Alpine Swiss or Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue with dippers, and choice of pure chocolate fondue (milk, dark, or white) with sweet treats. Includes refillable soft drinks, tea, or coffee (excludes tax, gratuity, and 3% heart-of-house surcharge). Net dollar amount is the number after the funds raised are deducted. Feel free to team up with others to hit this goal.
EXAMPLE: If you sell (90) VIP 4-Course Dinner for Two Certificates, you'll still receive the 40% fundraising benefit ($3,960).
The NET sales balance will be $5,940 - so you'll also win a 2-Course party for 8!

+ (100) 2-Course Sweet & Savory Duet Lunch for Two (50% fundraising benefit) Certificates, you'll still receive the total fundraising benefit ($8,920).
The NET sales balance will be $10,680 - so you'll also win a 4-Course party for 8!
Once the fundraiser ends, Coach Miller will receive and distribute all certificates to the players/families. Players/Families are responsible for distributing purchased certificates to their supporters.
Certificates are treated like cash and cannot be replaced. Please place your certificates in a secure location upon receipt.
Beverages, Tax, Gratuity, and our standard 3% service charge (a heart-of-house surcharge) is not included.
Why we charge a 3% service fee: This is an additional charge (3.0%) we put on the check which goes directly to our hard-working kitchen staff. This allows us to pay extremely competitive wages which results in better employees and better food.
Please use the QR code (coming soon!). You will be directed to School Bucks to complete your transaction. You will then coordinate certificate pickup from your player and/or their family.
Purchase as many as you like. These make great gifts and can be used for all of your special occasions.
Yes - it must be the same type of certificate though. For example, if you're dining out with a party of 4 during lunch and want to enjoy the Main Street Trio, you can use (2) of the 'Main Street Trio for Two' certificates at the same time., no problem. Please note in your reservation that you'll be using the fundraising certificates.
